INSIGHT Cloud - How can I add new icons to my system?

I'm using INSIGHT Cloud. I want to add additional icons under the Global Configuration process. However, there is no option to add/upload icons. I can only DELETE individual existing icons. I am the INSIGHT Administrator, so I'm pretty sure my Role and permissions are the highest level.

What am I missing?

Support opened a ticket for future development. If this is a feature you want, too, please go to this ticket and VOTE for it. Comment on how and why you need to be able to load new icons into the Cloud Insight product.
