Hi Viktor,

Since the instance has been upgraded, perhaps the JIRA Charting Plugin is incompatible with the current JIRA version. Thus, you might want to check if the JIRA Charting Plugin is installed and enabled first.

The data should be stored in the custom field called Time In Status.
