I see none of my known Projects in Jira Cloud app for MS Teams

Hi Community, I'd appreciate very much your help.

I'm trying to activate the JIRA CLOUD App in Microsoft Teams.

It seems I did a bit, however it does not work as I'm expecting.

First of all, I land into an environment I do not recognise, where I'm asked to "Select filter for site ccl-ra": I do not know what CCL-RA is, and there is a drop down menu with a long list of Jira releases to chose from.

Then, when I chose one, I'm forwarded onto a blank Jira page with a few filters: good, you may think, you did it. Unfortunately the "Project" filter has a list of Projects I've never heard of, neither mine or my peers Projects are in that list.

The problem is only with MS Teams: if I log into Jira from pc browser, everything works fine.
