Hi Vinay,

You may have a permissions issue - Can you check your Global Permissions as explained here? https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-Integrations/Problems-with-TEMPO-TIMESHEETS-within-JIRA/qaq-p/1193063

Jira Settings > System > Global Permissions and make sure that the “atlassian-addons-admin” group has the "Browse users and groups" Permission.

In case adding this permission does not resolve the problem, can you please create a ticket with Tempo support? (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6)

Thanks,
Carolyn

hi there,

  • I open Global Permision but cannot find anything like  "Browse users and groups". there is only "Browse Users" permission.
  • I try the "Browse Users" permission but there's not group like "atlassian-addons-admin". is it created automatically in jira or do i have to manually create it? if i create this group myself, what user do i have to add to this group?

MY PROBLEM IS:

in the side pannel of the issue view, it has an error message:

"collaboratorsmodule

Error rendering 'is.origo.jira.tempo-plugin:collaboratorsmodule'. Please contact your Jira administrators."

and each time i log time, it shows message:

"Error! Something went wrong"

regards,
