I got this error if BigGnatt is enabled
Hi experts,
I installed Jira Software on CentOS 6.4 server, everything was going perfect until I installed BigGnatt and purchased its license. After installing it I got the attached error every time I need to do 'ANY' action, such as creating user, editing its groups, creating Project ... etc.
I disabled BigGnatt for now to let my users work.
What is the wrong with BigGnatt. I already paid for it, how can I disable it, I need to use its features.
