I clicked Tools -> Issue Template, now all my issues are gone

I was configuring a new Gantt chart board, and was checking out the tools. Once I clicked Tools -> "Issue Template", all the issues are gone. 

Is there a way to undo whatever I just did?

Hi, 

"Issue Template" function lets you make issues to use the template of issues for routine tasks.

Once I clicked Tools -> "Issue Template", all the issues are gone.

>You simply just check out the "Issue template" (Tools (lists)>Issue Template).you'll be able to go back to where you were.
By the way, you are viewing the "Issue Template mode screen", in order to use them, you need to configure the ‘Issue Template project’ at Issue View setting.
After configuring above and converting the issues to the template, you will see the template of issues in ‘Issue Template’ mode screen.
