I cannot get the Sprint tool to activate

I have started a trial of the Sprint Tool, but it will not activate.  Is there a minimum version requirement for this tool?  I am currently running JIRA version 8.5.7.

Hi @Jamie King

According to the Marketplace listing, your version is supported (8.0.0 - 8.11.0).

When you say it will not activate, what message are you receiving? And does the audit log mention any further details on the error?

Ste

All I get in the logs are:

Failed to enable app Sprint Capacity Planning & Tracking (com.addonexpertscenter.jira-sprint-planning-resources)

Hi @Jamie King

I would try:

  • Upgrading to the latest version of Server, to see if this resolves the issue
  • Checking the Jira log files within your database for any further errors

Or, you can contact the vendor directly to request their assistance - see contact options on their Marketplace Support Page
