I am trying to install EVM chart for Jira and not able to find the add on on atlassian marketplace.

I have new version of Jira and trying to install https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.transcosmos.atlassian.jira.plugins.charts-plugin/server/support. I am not getting results when I type this name in search box.

Correct, the add-on is for server only.  You can't install it on Cloud.

I don't think there's a near equivalent for Cloud.
