I am not able to create the Group by with Text type custom fields

Hi Team,

I have one custom field named Batch in my project and have to create the structure group by with this Batch custom field. But I am not able to see the Batch field at the time of selecting fields on the structure group by. Gantt charts also not showing the proper start and Release date field values even I configured the fields correctly.
