How to verify rest API results

Dear community,

For my current employer, I'm trying to create some dashboards using primarily tempo worksheet data. However, I notived that the tempo responses from the rest API do not contain a count or total field so although I am able to collect a large amount of records....I'm a bit flusterred as to how I can verify that I'm actually fetching all the data ( this is primarily an issue for the worklog records ).

Any idea on how I can tackle this?
