How to use Jira Automation to move issue from Future Sprint to another Future Sprint....

Seems simple, but I can't find an answer or figure it out.... 

How do I setup a Jira Automation rule that will change the Sprint of an issue, from one Future Sprint, to another Future Sprint (both are known names), based on a change in the Story Points field.

We added another condition to check for value of "Story Points" (we use larger values to signal more decomposition is needed), but this is really helpful; got "pointed" in the right direction. (giggle).
