How to untick a checkbox value when creating a new issue with automation

I am using automation to create a new issue. The trigger issue has a checkbox field that has 5 possible values and all are checked.

When the new issue is created I only want to copy 2 of the checked values to the new issue instead of all 5.

Can automation handle this?  I have tried several iterations in "additional fields" but I cannot get any of them to work.
