How to trigger a rule when an comment is edited

Yes, you're right. Unfortunately, by now, there isn't a trigger to "Edited Comment". However, please note that we're already tracking this issue through AUT-859: https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-859 - you may have to open this on incognito.
