How to show a Pull Request URL in an automated JIRA comment?

guilherme October 26, 2021

Hey all,

I'm trying to automate a comment to tag all the members of our QA team whenever a story is transitioned into a QA swimlane. The comment is firing as expected, however the pull request url is blank. I've tried both {{pullRequest.url}} and {{issue.development.pullRequest.url}} but both end up rendering nothing, although I'm pretty sure the pull request is correctly connected to the story as you can see in the first image. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hi,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to get development information from an issue at the moment.  We have a feature request tracking this functionality here: https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-2204

Cheers,
