I'm using the trial version Jira Service Desk Cloud. I want to set an automation trigger that is not available in the set rules.
I want a guidance to set an automatic trigger that sends a mail alert to the customer when that customer is created by the admin or by an API call. Below is the detail specification:
It would be really helpful if anybody can provide me a solution.
