To view the worklogs made on issues within a Project, you can either
- create a JIRA filter and use this filter in the Tempo Report view (https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/generating-reports/filtering-the-data-in-reports.html) or
- use the Project Timesheet which is accessed via the project sidebar (Projects, select the project from the list of available projects, and then use the "Timesheet" link in the sidebar).
Please note that to view all worklogs on issues in the project, you need to have the permission to view worklogs of other users (either via the JIRA project permissions or for the Tempo team(s) that the worklog owners are members of, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/1797652489/Cannot+see+other+users+worklogs).

HI Susanne Götz,
Thanks for your quick response.
We are using tempo planner, is there any option in tempo planner?
Best regards,
Siva

Access to view plans of other users is given via the Tempo Team permission "View Plans", see Tempo Team Permissions.
This permission gives access to view plans of Team members on issues in JIRA projects where the user has the "Browse Projects" permission.
Best regards,
Susanne
