Dear Support,
We have logged all time periods with Start time and End time in Tempo Time Sheet.
How can I generate a report for all my team member's daily Start Time (the time they started working) and finish time ( the time they finished working), and break time (start time and end time of lunch breaks) using JIRA tempo report?
Many thanks
Helen
Hi @Helen Wang
Hope you are well!
In Tempo, users can set a Daily start time in their My Work view (Setting Your Working Hours in My Work), and the hours they are required to work are displayed in the List and Calendar view or the My Work view.
However, it is not possible to set a time the user has stopped working, but the display of the worklogs in the Calendar view can be used as an indicator.
Time that is used for breaks can be logged on a Jira issue in the same way as other work is logged.
We recommend the issue used for breaks to be configured as internal (Configuring internal issues)
In regards to reporting, you can generate a logged time report (Generating logged time report) and filter it by ‘User’ & ‘Worklog’. This will show you the start time of the worklog and you can view how many hours were logged for breaks per user, should you choose to set it up as an issue (as outline above).
However, there is not specific report on Tempo to provide you with the exact data you are looking to view (start time, break time and finish time for users).
If you want to see a change to this behaviour, can you please create a feature request in our Tempo Ideas portal, Tempo Ideas?
Best regards,
Miglena
