How to re-add the user "" for Zephyr Cloud in Jira

Following an upgrade, our Zephyr for Jira Cloud instance is now missing the required user "". Our ability to use Zephyr is greatly impacted by this situation. 

However despite many web searches and attempts, we cannot figure out how to re-add this essential user to Jira Cloud. All new users created in Jira Cloud seem to require an email address.

Can anyone provide a way to re-add this user name?

If this is related to the Zephyr menu not appearing then a fix was released on Friday to address the issue. Are you still facing the issue?
