Following an upgrade, our Zephyr for Jira Cloud instance is now missing the required user "addon_com.thed.zephyr.cloud". Our ability to use Zephyr is greatly impacted by this situation.
However despite many web searches and attempts, we cannot figure out how to re-add this essential user to Jira Cloud. All new users created in Jira Cloud seem to require an email address.
Can anyone provide a way to re-add this user name?
