How to publish Test Automation results on Confluence/Jira? Edited

I have automated test scripts that will generate a Test report in Html. So, is there any way to push those test reports directly to Confluence after running a test and creating a separate page for each Test report

At the moment, I am running the Test and will share the emailable test report to the Team in Slack channel or in the mail.
