sorry for the delay of our answer! Yes, the InstaPrinta plugins allows you to create any custom layout / paper format / arrangement, that you want. It uses XSL-FO to create the Postscript / PDF output, so you need some XML / XSL / XSL-FO knowledge to realize that.
