How to prevent branch deletion except if user is a committer in the branch?

Hello,

I'd like to prevent branch deletion except if:

• The user trying to delete the branch is in the set of users who made commits onto the branch
• The user trying to delete the branch belongs to some group or matches a specific user ID

Is there a way to do this with the ScriptRunner plugin?

I do not know if you can do with from ScriptRunner plugin or not.

I do know that the bitbucket repository has a 'Branch permission' tab which allows you to prevent deletion by branch.
