How to make the log in of Tempo available only for some issue type?

Hi guys! Hope you are having a great time. 

I would like to block the log of tempo on some issue types because people are logging time everywhere even if it's not requested creating problems with the team that need to operate with all of the different logs in..... 

I wanted to operate maybe with the permission of the Jira service on the tempo permission using the "Group costum  field" but I don't know if it's possible... Maybe there is a property?

There are a couple of permissions settings you could impose in the workflow, but they would be a technical fix that would grate with your people.  

The best thing you can do here is fix the reasons people are logging things in the wrong place - you have a problem with your process and your humans, not Jira.  Why do people not know they are logging stuff in the wrong place?
