I'm just having a bit of an issue linking issues to the CRM. I have been able to do so in the past but now am being shown this message when I try and link them "Contact is not exist in CRM. Please, synchronize your Jira users" even when the contact is existent in CRM. Also when I try to add a synced Jira user the fields won't open for me. Is there any possible way of working around this?
