How to hide edit action in detailed view in board

I hide edit in issue(story type) detailed view using script fragment,  it works perfectly.  however, user can still access edit from detail view in board, as following figure shows.

How to hide edit action of story as shown in board? or is there a way to hide all the actions if can not hide only one?

There are several ways to restrict editing issues in jira basic functionality

You can configure Edit permission in project permissions and if you have more than one issue type on project, you can use jira workflow properties to disable editing on each status.
