How to give access to clients to customized reports

We have JSD cloud version. We need to give access to portal customers to customized reports as the service desk users do, avoiding to give a full access as given to them. It's is possible? This request is because my understanding is that portal has no possibilities to add more columns on requests list neither such list can be download as an excel file. We need give more empowering to our customers to access their data.
