How to get value from subfields of Bundled Fields Extension?

Hello,

we are using "Bundled Fields" (add-in "Extension") in our request forms in order to collect as many serial numbers in one tickets as the user needs to provide. 

However, the agents then need a single ticket for each serial number that was provided. I was therefore thinking about cloning/splitting up/... the original ticket into separate tickets via automation.

Does anyone have an idea on how to get the value from one of the subfields of a bundled field?
