How to get value from subfields of Bundled Fields Extension?

Hello,

we are using "Bundled Fields" (add-in "Extension") in our request forms in order to collect as many serial numbers in one tickets as the user needs to provide.

However, the agents then need a single ticket for each serial number that was provided. I was therefore thinking about cloning/splitting up/... the original ticket into separate tickets via automation.

Does anyone have an idea on how to get the value from one of the subfields of a bundled field?

Best regards,
Rebecca

They have provided a way to get the value as a smart value which then you can use in Automation. Check their documentation here:

Hello Rebecca,

have you, or anyone else, found a solution?
I am currently facing an almost identical use case in our Jira Data Center.

Many thanks in advance
