My page is different from yours. I can create Jira Api tokens, but this token can only operate on Jira's API. I don't understand how to operate on Xray.

I am unable to access the page for the link you provided.
I have created an API token here, which can be used to operate the Jira API, create issue, update issue, etc., but this token cannot operate the Xray API
