Hi @E112734 welcome to the community.

The process of creating Xray cloud api token is documented in this link:

https://docs.getxray.app/display/ProductKB/%5BXray+Cloud%5D+How+to+use+REST+API+with+Xray+for+Jira+Cloud

I hope it helps!

Our company uses the Jira Cloud, and the page is different from the document. The old Jira used before was the same page as the document, but now the new Jira cannot find this place.

@E112734 are you Jira admin? if not please reach out to your admin and then the "apps" should be visible at the top:

My page is different from yours. I can create Jira Api tokens, but this token can only operate on Jira's API. I don't understand how to operate on Xray.

@E112734 Have you followed the exact path mentioned in the documentation?

  1. Jira settings > Apps > Xray > API Keys
    Alternatively
  2. Go to Apps > Apps > Manage your apps > API Keys (Under Xray)
    Alternatively
  3. Go to https://aiamy-jira-azure.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/com.xpandit.plugins.xray/xray-global-settings-api-keys?s=com.xpandit.plugins.xray__xray-global-settings-api-keys

Any of those options should do the trick!

I am unable to access the page for the link you provided.

I have created an API token here, which can be used to operate the Jira API, create issue, update issue, etc., but this token cannot operate the Xray API

@E112734 that is very odd. I would suggest reaching out to the Xray support to troubleshoot this further:
