How to get SLA time data using a third-party add-on.

Edited

Hello. Have you ever faced a problem of monitoring your SLAs on the grid where all your issues are displayed too?

Time in Status for Jira Cloud can help you to get SLA based on time to first response (time to resolution, or time to response, etc).  You just need to select it in the drop-down list) in the Column Manager.

1. Choose a particular SLA and add a column.

2. Then click on a “Save” button.

3. That’s all! Get already generated data based on the chosen SLAs.
