How to generate Test Completion report

How to generate Test Completion report

Hi,

I have epics,Stories linked to TC's and Bugs linked to TCs and Stories. But, I do have different versions (like 5 versions as we tested). All in one Sprint.

Is there a chance to get a report on All Issue types (from Bugs/Test cases/Stories and Epics) for all the versions created ?

Or any report which replaces the test completion report ?
