How to find which script is running and how we can stop this- refer below screen shot, basically i need to stop this running script - as the dates are getting changed start & end dates.  Script.JPG

You'll need to look at all the scripts that might be doing it.  Hopefully, the script authors will have used the comments boxes to explain what they're doing and why, but your only option is to work through the candidates and look at each one to see what it is doing.

You can narrow this down a bit - when exactly is the script making this change?  Does it appear to be in response to the BigPicture changes that are being made?  Or is it during a transition, or human editing the issue?
