How to filter data retrieved from salesforce


We have integration between salesforce and jira. in Jira tickets, i have salesforce properties table for date retrieved from salesforce. i would like to run a filter that displays in its results several fields, one of them is salesforce case exists in the salesforce properties table. how can i expose those fields?

Hi Maya,

Could you please confirm if you are using Salesforce connector for Jira Server or Jira Cloud? and if you are using Jira server can you confirm which plugin you have installed Classic Connector for Salesforce & Jira or Salesforce & Jira server connector​ plugin?

we are using Jira cloud and connecting to Salesforce via Zagile.
