Hello, I have a problem.
As you know, when a issue is closed in JIRA service management/desk, the informer can write a feedback/comment.
What I need is to import that "Satisfaction comment" into PowerBi, but I cannot find it in all the possible fields from JIRA connector. Does anyone know where is this field or how can it be automatically exported to powerbi?

We are from the Appfire support team and to answer this query related to Power BI Connector Pro for Jira, the Satisfaction field in the Service Desk section will fetch the * (star) ratings but not the feedback comments.
This is because the Jira does not provide any API to fetch the satisfaction comment. Due to this reason, this feedback comment field is not available in the connector.
