How to export test details from Zephyr cloud or Jira cloud

Hi, 

I want to export my test to CSV, but when I export the data is missing test details field. Any idea how to solve this?

1. Create a filter in view issue page with jql eg: project=10003 AND issuetype=Test

2. In cycle summary page create cycle >> Add tests using the filter

3. Export the cycle in csv format

This will download the test case with test steps. Hope this helps

Hi all,

if I try above described procedure now (in Zephyr Squad, Jira Cloud, version 1.3.10-AC) exported csv file doesn't contain steps.

Is it bug?

Is there any other option how to export Tests from Zephyr including all steps?

Add the test cases to a Folder (Zephyr Squad-->Cycle Summary), then export from the Cycle Summary Folder. This will export all steps for all test cases in the selected folder whether they have been executed or not.
