How to disable plugins on the project create

I am using the Jira API to create my Jira project : rest/api/2/project

However this API generate my project with all plugins installed I would like to disable two of those plugins, but they should be available in case of the user want to enable the plugin.

Is that possible ?

Plugins in Jira are installed site wide, and visibility and usage of plugin in project can only be changed if plugin developer provide such functionality.

So, in general, if your plugin get enable by default, I'm afraid you can't disable them for specific project.

Also, I would suggest you raise an issue with plugin developers to double check if they have such functionality available.
