How to create epic issue template in jira using free app?

I would like to create an epic issue template in jira, but all apps are paid, is there any free ones that i can use ?

Hi @Mostafa ElKaisy all the market place will be "paid" as they are the plugins that are being developed work seamless Jira work. Also, these are developed by different organizations. Hence you may watch if they announce any promotional offers.
