How to create an automation in Jira to create issue in different project based on field value?

Hello everyone,

I recently started to use Jira and working on project to move one of our system to Jira.

I have created Project A and Project B. I have configured different fields layouts for issue types for each project.

I want to create an automation where,

• If a specific field value is entered in issue in Project A, Then
• Create a new issue in Project B and copy couple of custom fields from issue Project A to issue in Project B so that I don't have to manually enter the same data.

Currently I am able to create an issue in Project B when specific field value is entered in issue in Project A. I am unable to copy field value from Project A to Project B. I get following error:

I have checked configuration field is not deleted. Also, there is only on field with that name and type.

Can someone help me with this?

What type of projects are these? Company-managed? Team-managed? How are you creating the automation rule (exact steps)?
