We have integrated TeamScale with our Jira instance and a particular custom field is getting updated automatically by a Technical User in our projects. This triggers Jira Email Notifications which is a nuisance to our users because most of the time they do not have to understand what the change is. Is there a way to prevent the notification email being sent only when there will be changes to this particular custom field? PS: We use Automation for Jira and I do not find any such options to prevent email notification.
