How to autorise profiles to execute tests run with Xray ?

Hello,

For a ticket test execution type, created with plugin Xray for jira, the members of my team can't launch run of the tests. They have an error message that indicates they don't have autorisation. But I can't find the autorisation I must give they , for autorise them to execute them.
Could you help me? Thanks

can you check if they have the permissions as described in the documentation: https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Execute+Tests ?

Please note that if you have a license, even a trial one, you can reach Xray Support directly at: https://jira.xpand-it.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/2
