How to auto sync nested pipelines with multiple branches in each?

Hi,
I synced a jenkins project to Jira in the plugin's config. The project has nested pipelines with multiple branches in each of them. I checked and clicked the synchronization for the selected job but it doesn't sync anything. However, If I navigate to a specific branch in a specific pipeline and then sync it manually, the build data gets synced. We have numerous such nested pipelines and branches so manual sync is not an option. How can I sync them automatically?
