How to adjust issue view panel for SLA section?

Hi!

At the moment, in our company more and more project start using that app, 

unfortunately, most of users annoying + me as well, 

the issue panel weight is too high

I think better to put the sla with low weight or at least make configurable

Thank You for that suggestion.
Unfortunately - as far as I know - Jira doesn't provide any tool for making Web Panel configurable.
I haven't found any remotely doable way to implement it, without any creepy hacking, that would risk making entire jira unstable.
