I installed Asset management for Jira, it says there are 4 users allowed, how do I get other users access to use it? Do they have to do an install first?
This is done primarily through roles. These roles can be based on user or group membership. There are different scopes.
1. For all of Assets - You must be a Jira Admin
2. For an individual Object Schema - You can configure the role based on user or group
3. For an individual Object Type - You can configure the role based on user or group.
