How to add custom link types to Bulk Clone Pro Picklist?

Our company has created a custom field with custom link types that we need to set during bulk cloning but Bulk Clone Pro only displays the Jira seeded link types.  Is there a view that the picklist is based on that a Jira admin can rebuild union to our custom list.  Or some other way to resolve this?
