How to add Bot into chat to get the connection key ??

my qestion is  Common users that outside of the issue chat how to add Bot into chat to get the 'connection key' ??

I've tried around as well, if we add chat bot manual, even we tried to add bot to a group, it doesn't send any "Connection key" via Bot direct to us so the document is not covering that case.

I think, it might be only case of Bot is created automatic from Jira plugin.
