How to Roll back to previous version of JMCF app

We are recently upgraded to JMCF app version 2.4.10. However, we are having issue with this version for scripted field HTML, decided to roll back to 2.4.8. 

as part of this stopped Jira services.

from plugin folder, renamed the latest version and keep the previous version.

started d Jira services. 

above steps repeated for both Nides. Still in Mange apps i could see latest version 2.4.10.

Any suggestions to fix.

The easiest way is to just download the version you want to use and use the Manage Apps > upload (Select the jar) and the system will downgrade it for you.

Hi @Sayi_Iynapurapu 

you need to remove the previous version completely from the plugins folder and restart. Otherwise, you could have just installed the app from the Managed Apps page by uploading the older version, which would have replaced the existing version of JMCF.
