We have Rapid7 InsightVM, and have the Jira integration setup for it. At its current state it only allows you to use the summary and description fields to send ticket information into. We are wanting to have the data get sifted into new fields automatically when tickets come in, and I am lost on how I am going to do that. As an example, a ticket will come in, and have a lot of info in it, one piece I want to pull out into a new field is product owner, it would look like this in the description field.
