Dear all . I have enabled before some days the Jira cloud platform - instance . I am trying to enable the specific plugin but i can not find it . Can you please inform me where to enable it? Thank you

Charting Plugin appears to be a server-only user-installed App.
If anyone knows what a migration strategy to cloud would be... that'd be great!
Jira Charting app is already installed in Jira Cloud . you can open System Administration > Add-Ons > Manage add-ons and choose System from the drop-down menu. And you can also see all gadgets present in the System

The JIRA Charting Plugin is a System Installed Plugin. You can verify this is enabled by going to System Administration > Add-Ons > Manage add-ons and choose System from the drop-down menu.
