We are looking for a new service management system and JIRA is looking very interesting.
One of the remaining answers about JIRA is if it exists any function for anonymize personal data from agents and customers after they no longer are relevant. That also applies to tickets. As you may have figured out this is to comply with GDPR.
Thank you in advance
Hi @Olof Nysten,
You can find a fairly elaborate article describing the scenario on this page.
For reasons of completeness, the article describes the functionality on the server/data center platform and is currently not yet available on Cloud afaik.
Given the significance of the GDPR regulations and the scenarios already being in place in the on prem offerings, I would expect this to come to Cloud as well. A recommended source to read more about what Atlassian is doing around privacy and security, definitely also check out atlassian.com/trust - where you can read more about everything that is in place already and what is coming.
