How do I use Issue Picker to get values for user picker and Select List field values for new issue

On the service desk create form, I have an issue picker field. In this field, I enter an existing issue. From that issue I can default populate text and date fields in the Service Desk form successfully. Now I want to populate select list (single fields) and user picker fields in the Service Desk form using values in these type fields from the Issue I enter in the Issue Picker field.

For example, assume

ISSUE-1 has two fields; a) Approver (user picker field) and b) Fruit (select list field). These fields are populated with "Joe Blow" and "Apple" respectively.

ISSUE-2 has the same fields populated with "Jane Doe" and "Banana"

On the Service Desk form, when I enter Issue-2 in my Issue Picker field, I want the Approver and Fruit fields on the new issue I am creating to be defaulted with "Jane Doe" and "Bananas".  

I want to do these on the form, not in a post-function so that the user can see what was selected on the earlier issue, and update them to different values if required.
