How do I setup service desk reporter based activities and triggers for email and SMS

Examples:

If no requests on D7 send email to reporters email address 

and if no requests on D30 send email to reporters email address

continues through D120...

Also curious how I could on D7 > if no requests send SMS from twillio to reporters phone number (Is there a way to add this custom field?) or pull it from the hubspot jira connector app?

Hi Danny,

Simeon from Automation for Jira here. I'd like to give you a hand solving your issue, I think it should be possible with A4J I'm just wondering if you could give me a bit more detail as to the problem? I don't really follow what you mean by "no requests on D7"?

Danny,

 

Normally i would say codebarrel's automation plugin, and then just run it by a cron schedule, but if i get it correctly and you just want to write some kind of user deactivator?

Because you need to get your reporter in the automation rule and i don't really see how you will select that one.

I think you will need scriptrunner for this one.
