I am trying to generate a report for my Customer Support Department that shows what bug/product issues are creating the most contacts for us on a weekly basis. I have the ZD to Jira integration setup and generating ticket count and ticket ID's, but I can't figure out how to manipulate this data so that it shows the number of tickets labeled "jira_escalated" within a certain timeframe - I can only seem to show the TOTAL number of Zendesk escalations per Jira issue.
Any suggestions on a filter or method for drilling into the "Zendesk ticket count" data for specific time periods? Ideally I will only see Jira issues that had at least one zendesk ticket linked to them during the defined time period (regardless of when the Jira issue was originally created).
